In this study students will explore Maine. They will also get a glimpse into life as a child in the 19th century living in the wide open prairies. Some of the activities in the study include finding places on a map, exploring flowers that were native to the prairies and even writing a newspaper article!
This novel study is not very teacher intensive and can be done fairly independently over the course of a few weeks.
